Since we understand how annoying it may be when an online purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, we provide all of our customers with a complete “no fuss” guarantee. We offer extremely accommodating return and refund policies. We extend to you a 3 DAY WARRANTY.

Every product is covered by a free replacement warranty for three days following delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Product

If your items are damaged or one of the conditions listed above, we will gladly replace them with the appropriate product. In this instance, you must get in touch with us via a WhatsApp chat within 3 days of receiving the products and let us know if there is any damage, along with pictures of the item you received. We will arrange for the product to be picked up for return.

PLEASE NOTE: Misuse, unintentional damage, water damage, and other abuses of the purchased product are not covered by this policy.

You will be responsible for paying the full forward shipment charge to reclaim the order if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and it is returned to the origin.
The order will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for paying the full forward shipment amount in order to receive it again, if you refuse to accept it at your door or attempt to reschedule delivery more than twice.

REFUNDS

We have a three-day policy. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if three days have passed since you received your item. If any of the products are damaged, we will replace them. You are entitled to a refund and a replacement if you receive a damaged product twice.

Exchange/Returns

Items are only replaced if they are faulty or broken. Designs are not returnable or exchangeable. If the item arrives damaged, you have two days from the time of delivery to exchange it.

Refunds (If applicable)

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company. Processing refunds may take up to seven days.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, please chat on WhatsApp. Prior to shipment, orders may be cancelled at any moment and without incurring additional fees. The customer must write to us in a day. After that, there won’t be any more cancellations. If an order is cancelled outside of the policy, there will be a 20% deduction from the order value in the event that a refund is issued for return shipping costs. For prepaid orders, there will also be a 3% payment-gateway/transaction charge. Please be aware that orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
